This park is home to 15 lots, 12 of which are occupied. Lot rent is $200/month. There are also two storage options for residents. One is rented at $75/month and the other for $50/month. The $75/month option is currently being rented, but the $50/month option is available to rent out.
The park has 3 park-owned homes. One is vacant, the other two rent for $475 and $325 per month.
The owner receives payments totaling $128/month from two entities that use the park's wells for their water.

There is a municipal sewer system, but there are two private wells in each section of the park. One services 5 homes and the other services the remaining 10. The wells were reconfigured in 2018. The residents are responsible for paying their own electric and gas bills. Trash is collected weekly via two dumpsters (one in each section of the park) for $125/month. The owner pays for the sewer usage.

Burr Oak is a town of nearly 200 people in northeast Iowa. It is located 20 miles north of Decorah, IA, a town of 7,500 people that is home to a college, two clinics, and numerous manufacturing and agriculture careers. Burr Oak is also located 60 miles south of Rochester, MN. Rochester is most known for Mayo Clinic, but also has a large presence of manufacturing careers and an IBM center that employs nearly 4,500 people.
