The Shedrick, slated for development on 22,000 square feet, including 4916, 4924, and 4928 S. Crenshaw Boulevard in the Park Mesa Heights Crenshaw District community, will consist of a campus-like shared open-air shared work/production incubator/arts cafe space, a multi-purpose activity, and garden area, three direct serve restaurants, and four commercial kitchens on the first floor, one floor of housing for transition-age youth focused on the creative industries, two floors of market-rate housing, one floor for an artist hostel and a rooftop lounge area with a panoramic view. The development will also include two levels of subterranean parking for residents and commercial space.
