Medcalf approximately 18 acres Warrensburg Travel Park approximately 98 acres. Both campgrounds have quite a bit of Road Frontage Both Campgrounds have a Heated Inground Pool. Medcalf 4/5 years old. Warrensburg Travel Park rebuilt 3 years ago. New liner, pump, filter, heater. Both campgrounds fully staffed with excellent employees who would stay on. Of course, you would have to speak with them after the sale to verify but they love their job! Paid $20 per hour. Managers at Medcalf use the cabin when you first pull in the campground on the left.
