Please note that although there is 8 units total, unit #7 is currently rented as a long term unit and is not available on Airbnb.

Spent around $20,000 USD for the pool. Around $10,000 USD per unit for updates. These updates includes: -Paint interior and exterior -Shower glass doors for all bathrooms -New toilets & sinks -Replace/repair tile floors where needed for all units (Apartment #2 have complete new floors) -Updated lights, fixtures, appliances, tvs, curtains, furniture -Decorations -Landscape -Outfit all units for AirBnB ready (linens, towels, household goods, cookware etc...) -Repair all AC units
