Investment Summary

• The Holiday Inn features a mix of standard rooms (70%) and suites (30%). The standard rooms are a typical 324 SF and contain either one King sized bed or two Queen sized beds. The typical suite is 445 SF and includes a seperate bedroom and a living area with a full-sized sofa bed. Each guestroom includes high speed internet service, a 43” flat screen television, microwave and mini refrigerator.
• The Holiday Inn & Suites Orlando International Drive South is an upper midscale, full-service hotel built in 2019. The property offers 143 guestrooms and features fullservice facilities and amenities commensurate with the branding. A list of the hotel’s facilities and construction elements is presented in the adjacent table. The hotel was originally opened in August 2019 and did not have a chance to stabilize prior to the onset of the pandemic. That said, given that many hotels in the Orlando area are already starting to run 80%+ occupancy, one can anticipate quick recovery of the submarket in general and of the hotel in particular.
